This plugin uninstalled and delete but still showing analytics and functionality

This would be because the WooCommerce Admin featured plugin is now merged and included in WooCommerce core in version 4.0.0.

The code snippet to disable the WooCommerce admin is;

add_filter( 'woocommerce_admin_disabled', '__return_true' );

WooCommerce Admin related database tables are as follows;

wp_wc_admin_notes	
wp_wc_admin_note_actions	
wp_wc_category_lookup	 	
wp_wc_customer_lookup
wp_wc_order_coupon_lookup
wp_wc_order_product_lookup
wp_wc_order_stats
wp_wc_order_tax_lookup

Same issue here. Would like to remove WC Analytics which appears with the plugin upgrade. “add_filter” is not working.

The filter that @lukefiretoss mentioned will need to be added to a plugin to work.

You can download the following file and drop it in your wp-content/plugins folder to disable WooCommerce Admin features. This will disable any instances of WooCommerce Admin from running, whether a feature plugin or that included in WooCommerce.
