• The E2Pdf team is nailing it on tech support. It’s clear that they are dedicated to solving their users’ problems and going above-and-beyond to serve their users. Will not hesitate to buy the paid version of this plugin and recommend this plugin to others.

    I first came to them seeking help integrating their plugin’s shortcodes within Elementor templates, and heard back from them within a few hours. Within a day or two, they’d fixed the issue and put out a new version of the plugin (impressive!). Not only that, but they notified me directly of the fix and made themselves available for follow-up support should I have any difficulty updating the plugin or getting things working on my client’s website.

    Yesterday, that same client came to me with what looked like a challenging request. I anticipated that I might need up to 18 hours to figure out how to solve this problem and create a working solution. I messaged the E2Pdf team hoping to see–just in general–if such a request might be doable via their plugin. Once again, they overdelivered. Within hours, I’d received a message back from them telling me exactly how to solve my client’s problem, including a screenshot of the plugin’s interface with clear descriptions which settings I’d need to update (and how to make those updates).

    I don’t know if they realize this, but their willingness to provide me with a half hour of customer service support yesterday means the task that I’d originally allotted 18 hours to will now only take me a few hours to complete, saving me (and my client) tons of time and money.
