Pardot button in visual editor does nothing

    Plugin installed fine, was able to authenticate without issue. When clicking the Pardot button in a classic block in the Visual Editor, nothing happens. No error in the browser console either.

    I did see a post about explicitly referencing wp-load.php, but that file is unmodified and in the default location (the root wordpress folder). I don’t have a staging site, but I did try deactivating plug-ins to see if one was conflicting, and haven’t had any luck.

    WordPress running on an AWS Lightsail instance w/ PHP 7.3.7
