Yoast SEO “Loading help center” error on post

I am having trouble accessing the Yoast SEO options on my WordPress website. I have access to the Yoast Premium plugin and just recently I got this “loading help center” notification while trying to create a new post, and I cannot see the fields for the meta title or meta descriptions, or any of the other SEO options on my post. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing. I ran this Health & Check Troubleshooting plugin and everything looks like it’s running correctly. I have all the plugins and WordPress updates to the latest version. I searched online and cannot find a solution to get this fixed. Please help, Yoast. Thank you.
