Authorization cookies are not properly cleared

When logout occurs via Inactive Logout, the session cookies are not cleared. This is what I found via using a second session kicking off the first. I don’t know if this is also an issue with regular timeouts, but I assume yes.
What should happen is that the cookies should be expired upon logout https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/272472/129305
