• I’m using guest mode and when submitting the Events manager form, and looking back end – I can only see the name “Guest”. Is it possible to get the First name from the form submit to be visible from the bookings page back end? Can I edit this page somehow in what information I want to see?

  • Hello,

If you’re on backend, You could customize the Bookings Tables. You can click the gear icon on top-left of the table and drag the fields you want to see.

    Hi there!

Yeah, but that is not the issue here. When I’m from this view are looking at all bookings I can’t actually see the first name (I am using the plugin as Guest and not to register users in order to book). The only thing I can identify is “Guest”. I know that the values from my form should be there somewhere but form this view I can’t see it. Do you have any suggestion in how to code this into this view?

Sorry for the confusion, do you have sample screenshot for us to easily visualize this issue?

From this backend view I can only see incoming conversion as “Guest User”. And this is because they are not logged on, I get that. But I want to see the First name, Last name (I’ve added my own form fields to your plugin) from this view and not Guest User. I am pulling the First name, Last name and all the other fields from this form today and to Hubspot CRM so I capture this data – but I can’t find it within your plugin and I can’t see it through the admin backend view. How can I code your template from “Bookings” so I can see data even if they are Guest Users?
