How do you remove all these auto-requests at the top of every page?

    How do you remove all those pop-up internal WordPress/plugin responders at the top of every page? … I’ve deleted them with the little ‘X’ on the right 100 times and, for months now, they’re still there. It’s so annoying and, takes up so much space. How can you turn them off?

    These are a few that are on our WordPress website admin console now and, they’ve been there for months!! .. they won’t go away and, I don’t want to do what they want, so I want to decline, but there’s no option for that. Help?
