Change role of users that are not present in the CSV works without ckeckbox on

When you import a csv from the front-end it changes the role of the user who is not in the csv despite the checkbox not being activated. It creates a security problem since you can have the Administrator selected in the selector and that all your users become administrators without having consented to it. Thank you!!
