We are seeing the following message in our WordPress admin section:

Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

This is all that has appeared in the debug logs since turning that on several days ago:

    [2020-03-16 17:10:19] Authentication.INFO: Authorization verification succeeded. [] []

We are currently trying to switch the account our site sends data to and so we’re not sure if this new error is related to that or not. Even though we successfully connected to our new account, the plugin is still acting as if it’s connecting to the old account.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated as we need the forms on our site collecting information.

Does the admin notice go away briefly and then come back? Or is it pretty consistently showing?

It was there fairly consistently before, but is not present at this moment. We did perform the following steps to try to resolve the issue we were having:

    disconnected the plugin
    logged out of WordPress
    cleared browser cache
    logged back into WordPress
    reconnected plugin to our account

That seems to have resolved the issue we were experiencing, so it may have also cleared the admin warning as well. We will respond if the issue happens again.

Sounds good, thanks for the quick followup.
