[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Image Dimensions in album and gallery shortcodes

Hi,

It would be awesome if I could set image dimensions in album and gallery shortcodes just like I can do it with singlepic shortcode.
This would make it possible to create galleries with different image sizes, and to also make possible to provide a link to full size (original) image.

Something like this: [nggallery id=x w=x h=x] and [album id=x template=extend w=x h=x]

And since You can switch on image/singlepic caching, it would only generate the new size on the first load of every image.
