Disabled user still shows as “admin” under users

    I disabled a user in the plugin. But when I go to “users” in WordPress, the user account still shows with administrative access. Is this normal?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Yes, this is normal. Users will stay under users until you delete it. So, if you want to activate again, you can easily do that.

    But with the user still active as an “administrator” in WordPress, doesn’t that mean they could simply use the “password reset” option to regain administrative access?

    Hi,

    “Password Reset” is not allowed for the temporary user.

    So, there is no security risk in it.
