Exclude on specific URL not working

  • Under the Visibility Options, I have both options toggled on:
    1)Always show Tawk.To widget on every page
    2)Exclude on specific url

    I added the excluded URLs as followed:

    https://www.WEBSIte.com/PAGE

    When I go to this page, tawk is still showing up.

    Can you help me fix this issue?
