  • Are you still able to log in to your WordPress dashboard (/wp-admin/)?
If you are, you can try re-installing WordPress via the Updates menu on /wp-admin/

Please also switch to a default (Twenty*) theme and disable all your plugins.
Then re-activate them one by one to see if you can isolate the problem.

You can also try installing Health Check in order to help you find possible conflicts:

If you cannot access your /wp-admin/ dashboard, you will need to make use of FTP or PhpMyAdmin (or whichever equivalent your host uses) via your hosting panel.

I have not accessed to my wp admin but i can access files through my cpanel..How i change the files or make theme as default to twenty.???

You would rename the theme folder for your active theme.
You need to make sure that you have a default (Twenty*) theme installed.
If it can’t find your current theme (which it won’t if you change the folder’s name), then it will try to fail-over.

If you have other themes installed that are not default Twenty* themes, you may need to rename those too.
