This was working great and then I was just made aware that it stopped reporting popular posts. Looking into data it looks like it stopped on 2/21 across the board and we are showing popular posts 7 days out so now it’s reporting no data.

It looks like this coincides with a plug-in update as the datastamp on the /wordpress-popular-posts folder is the same date that the data stops

    – Site is a multi-site install
    – We are hosted on WPE
    – Checked your trouble shooting and API is reachable but appears to be returning an empty array.

Can I send you details via email or some other way to review?

It’s SFW but it’s a client site. I’ll use your contact form and provide details.

There’s a 301 redirection happening whenever WordPress Popular Posts attempts to send a POST request to https://www.your-domain.com/blog/wp-json/wordpress-popular-posts/v1/popular-posts, that’s why the plugin stopped tracking post/page views.

REST API responds POST request with a 301

Double check the redirection rules (usually set via the .htaccess file but can also be done with some specialized plugins).
