Change the wording that appears on the checkout page

Is there a way to change the wording that appears on the checkout page.

i.e. it now says “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”

and the lawyers want it to say

“I have read and agree to the Private Consulting and Mutual Confidentiality Agreements”

Can you let me know of a function that I can add to change this or what php/js file this is in so I can change it.
