[Plugin: Yoast Breadcrumbs] Breadcrumbs not displaying right with Twicet theme

I’ve been using Breadcrumbs without problems and with several themes. I just switched to a new theme — twicet– and find that while the breadcrumb appears in the correct place, it’s taking the long title tag for my home page and substituting that for the word “home” in the breadcrumb.
