Here are a few things you can try:

1. Deactivate the plugin, reactivate, and try syncing again. Doing this will ensure all the necessary database values are set which, when missing, can sometimes produce this error.
2. Make sure you only have one version of WP Shopify active at once.
3. Try deactivating all your other plugins temporarily and then resync. Sometimes conflicts with other plugins can cause this to happen.
4. Set the “Items per request” setting to 1, and turn on “Synchronous requests”. Then do another re-sync.
5. Sometimes this can be caused by a webhost that has a firewall or password protection in place. Be sure your site is not behind either.

Same Issue here.

I have used pro 3.2.1 plugin, on staging (sub domain) it is working fine but when i moved the site to live, on clicking “Reconnect Automatic Post Syncing” button it is shooting an error “while calling undefined. Please clear the plugin transient cache and try again. Error status code: 504” and “access denied”

I would appreciate if you could help me with some solution.

wgtjai – did you find a solution to this? I’m also having the issue and none of the recommended fixes has worked. I also get the error when trying to clear the data, so my guess is that it’s related to a timeout of some sort.

Hey guys. I’m going to be releasing a new update to the syncing feature in the next plugin update (3.3.1). There’s a good chance it will fix this. Once it’s out, you won’t need to do anything other than upgrade the plugin to 3.3.1 and resync.
