    Hi,

    since 2-3 Weeks i have server internal error on checkout.

    How ever the order is received but customer is neither leaded to thank you page nor gets an email with a confirmation.

    Need help.

  • You’ll want to find out what the error message is to get clues about what is causing the error.

    I would expect that the error message would be logged by WooCommerce. You can check in WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and then in the dropdown selector, look for any logs where the name begins with fatal-errors, followed by a date/time, followed by random letters/numbers.

    If there’s nothing there, then you would need to find the server error log. You might need to contact your host for help finding that.
