Email failed, make sure you have a working email server for your site

    Team,

    I’m unable to to edit email files and get a message “An error occurred trying to load this email type. Make sure this email type is enabled or please try another type. “.

    When I try to send a test email through Kadence I get “Email failed, make sure you have a working email server for your site.”

    I’m using the plugin WP Mail SMTP with sendinblue for transactional emails. My email host is GSuite. All plugins are updated, including Woocommerce (Same error pre Woo 4.0). I’ve disabled every plugin minus Woocommerce , Kadence and SMTP same error.

    I only see this while trying to edit Kadence emails. All transactional emails are sent just fine, new customer, orders, pass reset, contact forms on site ect.

    Which email type are you trying to preview in our email type and text section of the settings?

    Ben,

    Thank you for your reply. I found am actually able to edit the template files and those templates are being sent just fine. The error is showing on the main screen, and caused some confusion.

    Test emails through Kadence go though as well, just so as long as you have a template file loaded and not on the main screen.
