this sidebar is stuck on the middle of the page

hello,in every other page i have the sidebar is in it place but for some reason in this page its stuck in the middle and i dont know how to fix it,it might be an bug or maybe i change some setting on accident, could you please help me out with this problem… i cant fix this know and 4 weeks thank you
