Override HTML structure

Again thanks for your work on this plugin!
I would like to be able to transform the different block title in H2 or H3 instead of span, but if I do that in the UI interface it transforms the all block. e.g. the title Description and its paragraph, but I just want to have Description as a title, not the all text I’m writing in it.
It’s OK for the name of the job, but not really for the other blocks. Which file could I override to change that? If override is not possible, it will be awesome to have the distinction between title of a block and content of a block and to be able to set different HTML tag on each.

please try the updated version of plugin, you can now select tag for title and content separatly

EDIT:
It seems to work well on the main column of a job (tried h1, h2, h3) post but for the side one, heading or content doesn’t seem to have any effect on the “hiring company” block and on both date block (tried h2, h3 on both title or content).
