XLanguage plugin not displaying chinese characters in IE

  • Hello
    Im not sure what is going on but for some reason i can get the chinese characters to view on IE.
    When in IE you click on the chinese translation you get nothing but a series of boxes.
    The site and Chinese content is visible in firefox check out https://www.mphi.net
    but it doesn’t come out in IE. What gives?? I appreciate any help in this matter
