Max Mega Menu issue with pop-ups

  • Hello Everyone,

    I have been using max mega menu for a while and it is great!
    Currently I am working on a pop-up that allows the user to browse categories. I am using Elementor to format the pop-up that contains the max mega menu widget.

    The issue however, is that the mega menu does not seem to work in the pop up, the main bar of the menu appears but no fly-out tab appears.

    Ofcourse it works perfectly anywhere else on a standard page.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I think I’ve come across this with Elementor before. Can you post a link to your site so I can take a look?

    Hi arcticmartin,

    I’ve found the old ticket where this has been reported before.

    The problem is that Elementor clones the popup contents from the page source, but it doesn’t also clone the events. So you end up with a menu within the popup that has no JavaScript attached to it.

    Try adding this JavaScript to your page:

    (There’s a good chance you will need to swap out the selector – img.elementor-animation-rotate – for one that works with your site setup)
