    Hi @gevcen

No, that’s not normal at all.
We’ve seen this many times and it’s always caused by 3rd party plugins adding CSS in the wrong way and affecting other plugins.

If you inspect the field’s CSS code with Chrome dev tools, you should be able to identify which plugin is doing so.

Or, alternatively, you can disable all your 3rd party plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM, and start enabling them back one-by-one until you find which is causing that issue.

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

    Hi Salva,

Sorry but no it’s not caused by third party plugin. I just disabled your plugin only and the issue disappeared completely. So the problem is there only with your plugin.

There has never been such issue on my site before installing your plugin, so please fix it. Staging site access can be granted only through private & secure email.

    Thanks

    HI @gevcen ,

    That is exactly the point.

Some 3rd party is in collision with ATUM, so when you disable ATUM it works. Same if you disable to collided plugin it would work.

So, would be good to disable everything in your store and only leave 2 plugins, WooCommerce and ATUM. Test if it works.

    Dear,

I made a video with proof that your plugin is the problem here. I never had this issue on my site before installing your plugin, so please do not argue the contrary and fix your plugin.

    Hi @gevcen ,

Thank you very much for the video, but we do not argue. On the contrary we agree, but you need to understand that we are trying to find out what other plugin causes to collision with ATUM. It means some 3rd party plugin most probably uses same function as ATUM and they collide.

We do not have access to your site, so if you want to use ATUM you need to help us find out what plugin it is. Then we can install both and see if it is an easy fix or not.

Hope we can find a way to help you.

    Dear,

How can we provide to give you access to staging site ? I obviously can’t publish any credentials on this public forum.

    Thanks

    Hi @gevcen,

There is no need to give us access at this stage.

You can try and find the reason yourself.

    1. Please, deactivate every plugin in your staging apart of 2 (WooCommerce and ATUM).
    2. With only 2 active plugins, change the theme to some WooCommerce default or WordPress default if you are not using any yet.
    3. Test if the function in question is working.
    4. If it is, start by changing to your current theme and test.
    5. Then start activating plugin by plugin and TEST after every activation.

The function should start failing after the activation of the conflicted plugin.

I will wait for your reply.

    Best Regards,

    Pavel

    Dear,

Previously I gave you two videos proving that the plugin impacts the default dropdown style of attributes in WooCommerce. I just made a new staging test and a new video to prove it to you again that the issue appears also with only WooCommerce & ATUM enabled on a default WordPress parent theme, with no customizations.

I just wanted to share this issue with you but this bug has low priority for me (that’s why I took time to respond), so it does not deserve more time being spent on my side. However, on your side you should please investigate on this issue and fix it.

You’ve set the thread as resolved, which it’s not. Please keep the ticket open until fix is released.

    Thank you

    Hi @gevcen

FYI, we’ve already fixed that small issue with the product attributes dropdown and will be available on the next ATUM version.
