Register WordPress checkbox not working

  • Hello,
    When I activate the register checkbox it doesnt display, but when I activate the Woocommerce checkbox, both appear (register + checkout).

    It seems the Woocommerce checkbox is used in both, register and checkout.

    I dont need the Woocommerce checkbox, I am using the default woocommerce checkbox, but I would like to use the checkbox in registration.

    What can I do?
