I would like to edit and override the language file / po in child theme so I can change some of the profile tab labels etc – but I can’t get it working.

I tried putting the new file in: my-theme/ultimate-member/languages/ – it doesn’t work.

Can you let me know how to do this?

It’s important to override via child theme to prevent the new file from being overridden during an update.

    Please advise, many thanks

    Hi @kir-2012,

The .po and .mo files should be added to the wp-content/languages/plugins folder.
You can also check the Loco translate plugin and edit .po files from your WP admin.

    Regards.
