Exclude products from points program.

  • I’ve looked all over my Gratisfaction account, but can’t find info on this topic. Is there a way to exclude products from earning points or from being purchased using points earned on previous purchases?

    I have a gift card product that allows a customer to choose a denomination between $10 and $500. But, the points to purchase are resolving at the $10 price. This means someone could purchase a $500 gift card using points earned on only about $100 worth of previous purchases. That equates to a $400 loss for me. At a minimum, I don’t want people to be able to use points to purchase a gift card.

    A quick update.
    We tried this at our end but were unable to replicate the issue- The ‘Pay by points’ feature is working correctly in cases of an item available for a price range.
