Plug in runs, bot no TOC viewable…

Hi,
I’ve installed this Plugin on a WP-Website, it is running and I also can configure it. But unfortunately, ist’s impossible to show a TOC on any page.I’m using this plugin without problems on another website, therefore I can rule out, that it’s because of a wrong configuration.
How can I find the problem? Does anybody knows about problems with this theme:
