You’ll need to contact your hosting provider about this, just report the same cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: jetpack.wordpress.com to them and they should know what to do, since this is a server issue on their end.

    Hi @macmanx

    Thanks for your response.

I am using GoDaddy hosting. I have tried to contact their support and chat for 2 hours but they are saying that there is no issue at their end.

They are saying that everything is fine from their end.

Can you please assist in this?

I recommend speaking to someone higher up there.

Your server is reporting that jetpack.wordpress.com does not exist, when in fact it does.

This is an issue on your server’s end, and not something we can correct.

    Hi @macmanx

Thanks for your response. I really appreciate your help.

Today I talked with hosting company again and they said there is no issue at their end.

Your site could not connect to WordPress.com via HTTPS. This could be due to any number of reasons, including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing SSL libraries, or network issues.

Jetpack will re-test for HTTPS support once a day, but you can click here to try again immediately: Try again WordPress reports no SSL support

Can you please explain this? My site is HTTPS enabled. Can there be issue with SSL certificate?

Is Jetpack only works with HTTPS?

including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing SSL libraries, or network issues.

These are all server-level issues, they should at the very least know this.

Make sure you’re speaking to someone higher than level 1 support.

    Hi @macmanx

Thanks for your all replies and support.

    I appreciate your help.

    Hello, @infornweb.

Is the issue fixed on your end? I am also hosted at GoDaddy, and I have the same issue.

According to @kokkieh, the TLS version on Godaddy server may be the culprit.
