Variable minimum price according to options

I am configuring a product that is a carpet the user can choose 4 different thicknesses.

In addition, if the customer sets a measurement less than one square meter in the width by height field, the system must charge him the minimum price of 1 square meter according to the thickness chosen in the first field.
