• Another question. I did my first post yesterday on my site, writing-freelance.com. Below the featured gallery all the recent posts show up and have thumbnails next to them. When I added my post, I could not figure out how to put the picture in. When I tried clicking on the image thing above the post, it gave me the option of choosing a thumbnail, but when I put the pic in there, it only showed up in the post, and not on the home page like all the others. This was an already started blog that I bought from someone else, so don’t know how to work all this stuff. Can you all help me?

  • If you mean ‘Absolute Beginners Guide to Freelance Writing’ then there’s no thumbnail on the post page either.

Why not try looking at one of the posts that have been successful? Go to Edit, then click on a post, then see if you can see where the thumbnail has been inserted

I tried that just now, and I copied from the other post that has a pic, and still, nothing. It is driving me crazy. I just don’t get it. It does not appear to be in the code of the post itself, so there has to be a way that it is done. I clicked on the image at the top and did it exactly the same way the other one was. I also put some code in the custom contenct section, exactly as the other, and still not thumbnail to the left of the post on the home page. I am just so confused. Thanks for your comment.
