When I login on my Android and log in to the rewards, everything is way off the page and you cannot scroll to see it. So it is not mobile responsive. Is there any custom CSS files for this or do I just have to put my own custom CSS in?

    To clarify:
I added section subscribe using the 2nd one for centered. I turned off menu. Added shortcode [woocommerce_my_account]. It now shows dashboard, orders, addresses, account details, rewards, logout menu above and below is a box saying Hello…(not …?) Log Out, etc. Both are full width of the screen.

When you click on rewards, takes to the next page. Everything section above this section still looks the same, but in the rewards section, all the menu items are now way off to the right, and the rewards details also are very wide and off the screen. I can change the CSS for the sections to max-width:45% which fixes this, but then on the dashboard page the menu is no longer full screen, but about 1/3 the width.

    Thanks,
    Doc

    Hello,

What Version of WooRewards are you using ?
There’s no “Rewards” page in the front-end for customers in the standard version.
What do you mean by “log in to the rewards” ?

In the Pro version, there is a “My Account – Loyalty” WooCommerce endpoint, but this one is fully responsive and adapted to mobile display.

If you’re talking about WordPress Administration pages, they’re also responsive and can be used with a mobile.

Using the Lite version. See my clarification on the original message.

Do you use another loyalty and rewards plugin ?

WooRewards Lite doesn’t add any endpoint to the “WooCommerce – My Account” dashboard.

So, even if you add the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode, the “Rewards” tab is definitely not from WooRewards. Either you added it manually (with php code) or it comes from another plugin.

As I said before, we only have this feature in the Pro version, and it’s fully responsive and it looks like what you can see on this documentation :

No, don’t use another loyalty/rewards plugin.
Not sure what you mean by doesn’t add any endpoint. Everything I described seems to work fine on the desktop.
I have uploaded 2 screenshots from the desktop. https://www.ellaapparel.com/test The ella account.png shows the page with the links. When I click the ella rewards link it takes me to the ella rewards.png.
Not sure what I am missing?

Ok, just talked to my son and he said he has the trial of pro, which is why the screen shows lite. Thanks, will send email to support.
