  • Hi @torstenhauser,

    Thank you for contacting us.
Can you please mention the device from which the button is not working?
We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

It’s not working on: Galaxy S7, Moto G … in all tested browsers: Chrome, Samsung browser, FF, FF Beta, Duckduckgo.

    Did you check _this_ website?

    Thanks

    Hi @torstenhauser,

    Thank you for your reply.
Please try to add this code in the Custom JS 3rd field:
    jQuery(‘.sgpb-popup-close-button-6’).bind(‘touchstart click’, function(){SGPBPopup.closePopup()});

Let us know how it went.

    Hey @torstenhauser

We were wondering whether you saw our last message.
Also, are going to have this option in the next update.
Please let us know if there is anything we can help you in a new thread, I will mark this one as resolved.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I put the JS in the field you told me (actions after popup opened).

    Sadly that did NOT help.

    Hey @torstenhauser,

I am sorry, it seems the editor changed the coding.
Please try to copy and paste the coding from this file:
    https://we.tl/t-FcacSpt139

Also, you can change the parentheses manually.
    Let us know what happened.
