Upgrading to 1.9.3 causes /* to match incorrectly

    I upgraded from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3 and some unexpected behavior occurred.

    Back in 2015, I had created a redirect for /events/* to go to /upcoming-events/

    After upgrading to 1.9.3, going to the page /events-calendar/ triggers this redirect rule when I don’t want it to. I’ve confirmed it’s this specific rule by deleting the rule and my page works fine.
