[wpsc_create_ticket] not allowing users to view ticket status link / page

    Great plugin guys! I am using shortcode [wpsc_create_ticket] as I do not need users to register / login.

    The problem I have is when a user clicks on the ticket status link, the page refreshes back to create ticket section and does not display the ticket status info? Please can you advise how to resolve? Thanks

    I fixed by ensuring the [supportcandy] shortcode was on another page.

    Now the separate page with shortcode [wpsc_create_ticket] works great.
