Pop up upsell with theme

Hi,

I’m using woo upsell Pro to trigger a popup when a customer adds an item to the cart but for my page it is not working.

Plugin developer has said the following here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/pop-up-not-triggering/

Can you shed any light?
