Matomo Console not loading

    Hi,

    I installed your plugin and it works find in the WordPress dashboard, but when I change to the matomo dashboard I get a blank page with some console errors (Screenshot).

    I installed the same site with same the plugins on another server and there it’s working perfectly. Are there some requierements for the server that the matomo dashboard will work?

    Can you check the network tab of your browser developer tools?

    It seems like some .html files like plugins/CoreHome/angularjs/quick-access/quick-access.directive.html are not loading correctly. Do you by chance have any rules (maybe created by some security plugin) that disallow requests to .html files?

    Thank you for your reply. I found the file in the network tab. It has the status code 301 moved Permanently, maybe that’s an hint?

    I use a security plugin and I already deactivated it but no success.

    EDIT: I get it. It was in my htaccess. There I added a rule for redirecting all .html files (because of the old homepage) to the frontpage. When I remove this rule, the matomo dashboard works fine!

    Hi,

    In that case look through your .htaccess files (ideally in all parent directories of this file) and try to find the rule that redirects this request. Maybe the apache log shows something helpful.
