TIPs amount not passing to checkout

  • We Purchased the ‘TIPS’ extension — however everything works until payment and the TIP amount is not included in the customer payment. It always shows as ‘0.00’ in receipts and transaction. This happens in Test Mode as well as when we use Authorize.net

    Yeah I hear you — we are changing our clients pricing to taxes included – that way we can add Tips as a food item $5, $10, $15 — not the greatest but it will work… -b-

    thanks, I offered that “solution” to the owners. I guess I could do a tips food item for $1 and then allow people to choose a quantity for their tip amount.

    Yeah – less than optimal for sure and kinda surprising since this is a Paid Add-on…
