Popup keeps loading the home page

I’ve tried several variations of the adding the url, but I can’t seem to get this to work. It doesn’t matter what variation I use it tries to load the home page.

It may have something to do with the theme (Flatsome). It sits inside one of Flatsome’s buttons using its UXBuilder.

The Modal link is the “Look inside” button at the bottom right in main content.

I’m hoping that this is going to work!
