Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_favicon()

Good day to Forum Members

A client of mine’s website has recently shown a “white screen of death” with the following message:

There has been a critical error on your website.

After I contacted the hosting company, they provided me with 2 error that they are seeing in the logs:

I’ve searched the documents and internet and see a lot of similar issues, but each with a different WordPress function.

I don’t know how to get fix these 2 errors. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
