Woocommerce coin-system instead of currency

    Hi everybody,

    I’m interested in creating a Woocommerce shop with custom currency; coins.

    I know how I can create a custom currency within Woocommerce, but I would like to have two types of coins: silver and gold.

    What would be the best way to implement this? With multiple currencies or in another way? Products would cost either x gold coins OR x silver coins. I’m not entirely sure what’s the best way to implement this.

    Hi there,

    As you said you can create custom currencies with some custom coding, I think that’s the best approach, and that what I would have used as well, and since you can create as many custom currencies as you want, that would work, if combined with a currency switcher extension.
