Automated taxes is not showing at all

Hi there!

I don’t think any WooCommerce Services settings are showing at all.

WooCommerce Services needs an active Jetpack connection to work. Can you please confirm that you’ve followed the instructions in WooCommerce Services Documentation to configure the extension?

If yes, and you’re still having trouble with this, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I should clarify that the automated taxes are not showing on the Cart page.

In settings, it shows “Display prices during cart and checkout” is set to “Exclude Tax”. But it should be “Include Tax” because we want the customer to see it on the cart page and in checkout. But for some reason I cannot edit it. The text is greyed out. I turned off automated taxes and was able to switch it back to INCLUDE TAX. But when I turned automated taxes back on, it switched back to EXCLUDE TAX.

So the bottom line is that the taxes are not showing up on the cart or checkout page, and that’s a major problem.

That is by design. With automated taxes enabled, there isn’t an option to change price display in shop to Exclude Tax.

If you’d rather have this as an optional configuration in the core extension, I’d recommend posting it as a feature request. You can do that by adding your request as an idea to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
