Wordfence-Thrive archtiect

  • Well i don′t know exactly where to start. I′ve bought a domain on https://www.strato.com. I installed wordpress. I bought the thrive architect. On the first day everything worked perfect. On the second day everything i′ve done was changed. On the third day i cannot login to thrive architecht anymore. It says: “You are temporarily locked out
    You have been temporarily locked out of this system. This means that you will not be able to log in for a while.”
    I′ve tried everything to log in again but since more than three days it doesn′t work. I don′t have wordfence installed on wordpress.

    Can someone please help me whats the problem and how i can get access again??

  • You may want to consider changing the specific plugin’s folder name using File Manager (or an equivalent) via your hosting panel.
    That will disable the plugin, which should allow you to regain access to your site.

    The good news is that support for a certain period for a certain number of sites is usually included when you purchase a plugin ??
