Add new Plugins Subpanel Link

    I have been using SimpleScripts to load a new version of BuddyPress which loads WordPress MU 2.8.4.

    I can login to the Admin panel with no issues. When attempting to add new plugins, I cannot see the “Add New” plugins subpanel link.

    Am I missing some configuration?
