How to change the number of widgets in astra footer area

  • I want the number of widgets in the footer section of my website to be 2 instead of four. I want the widgets to be in the footer widget area 1 and 3 and want to delete the widgets in areas 2 and 4.Then I want to increase their width so that the two widgets would cover the whole width of the footer. I know almost nothing about coding. So, if some coding is necessary then please tell me where and how to enter the code. But I would prefer if it can be done without any coding. I’m using the free version of Astra. Thanks in advance for your response.

    Currently, it is not possible to manage the Footer Widgets using the Astra theme.

    And using some custom code it would be very complex.

    Or you can create a Custom Footer using the free Elementor Header Footer plugin if you are using Elementor. Here you will be able to customize it as required.

    If not, you will need Astra Pro, were using the Footer Widgets module you can modify the Footer Widgets as per your requirement.
