Thanks for the report, looks like the upgrader process has been interrupted.

Can you check now if the Triggers are not back in place?

If not, you can try to do the upgrade one more time. To do this go to /wp-admin/options.php page, find the notification_db_version, change the value from 2 to 1 and save at the bottom of this page. Refresh the dashboard and the Updater should run.

Our notifications recently stopped working as well. It appears that the last update broke something. I also noticed that our triggers disappeared. I went in to each trigger and saved them. Now the triggers are showing. Still, no emails are being sent. The error log is empty. When I turn on the debugging, it appears to properly trigger, but again, no emails are being sent.

    Thank you for the reply.

I tried to add a notification from the wizard and saw that my previous notification is back with the new one. Then I deleted new one.

    Stay safe.

    Hello,

I have another inquiry. Should I create another support topic?

The thing is, if I use ‘New user registration – user’ or ‘Welcome email’ notification (any of them not both of them) user gets two emails. Plugin sends an email and WordPress itself sends an email.

Is there any way to avoid this duplicate email problem?

    Please let me know.
    Thank you.

Or is there any way to send welcome email only after a user set his/her password?

    Let me know.

@bbwp23 if the notifications show up in the log, it means the problem is with the mail server. Are you getting any other emails from your WordPress? Ie. password reset request?

@sumon1068 to disable WordPress email, please navigate to the Notification -> Settings -> Integration and disable the Default WordPress emails.
