Gallery sort not working

    When I change a gallery to sort, it is removing items from the gallery. For example, if I have 15 images in the gallery I can click on Gallery Preview and see the 15 images. Then after I hit Sort > Title – alphabetically, only 4 images show in the gallery preview. In order to get the images back in the gallery, I find if I reorganize the images I can get them to reappear in the gallery.

    I use Wicked Folders to organize my media. I haven’t tried deactivating that to see if it has an effect because if my folders get messed I’m screwed (I have over a hundred folders).

    Sorry, I meant I use FileBird to organize media (not Wicked Folders).

    Hi @bobgob,

    Changing your gallery sort method should not in any way affect the number of images in your gallery.

    I haven’t used FileBird but we use Wicked Folders all the time without any issues.

    If you refresh the page do the images show up again in the preview window?

    Are you able to provide a screenshot of this happening so we can see what you are seeing?

    This is crazy. I cannot reproduce the problem choosing a bunch of random test images.

    I guess you should consider this a non-issue. If it happens to me again I will make sure I get screenshots and see if I can track the problem to specific images.
