Thank you for creating the DHL plugin for Woocommerce .

The DHL linkage, thoughtfully provided, thank you, at the installed Woocommerce DHL plugin admin LINK (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/our-divisions/ecommerce/integration/contact-ecommerce-integration-get-a-quote.html) delivers a 404 page after submission LINK (https://www.dhl.com/us-en/ecommerce/contact-ecommerce/contact-ecommerce-business/thank-you.html) and after two attempts over two different days . . no response anyways from DHL . . so any submission delivery is also suspect .

And the DHL plugin official website linkage is, seemingly, out of date and delivering 404’s at the DHL website too . .

Apparently, we have chosen to do this the harder way, by failing miserably, so far, yet surely we are over-looking something obvious and we would appreciate your, momentary, assist to ‘nudge’ us on our way, please .

Would you please provide any updated DHL website linkage for us to follow to, properly, establish an account to acquire the ecommerce ID to enable full evaluation of the integration and shipping possibilities, thank you .

Perhaps, most importantly, are we correct to understand that when installed and ‘activated’ correctly and officially and configured the DHL plugin will deliver shipping value amount(s) to our online shoppers and visible in the front-end ‘cart’ function and ‘checkout’ function contributing to the total value amount to pay upon placing any order ?

[ We use an, Woocommerce API, integrated fulfillment service USA warehousing provider who, just recently, now officially, also, offer DHL shipping services among their delivery options available to us and all merchants ]

We also tried following the only re-direct available at the previously mentioned LINK (https://www.dhl.com/woocommerce-signup) which leads to https://www.dhl.com/en/express.html which leads to LINK (https://www.dhl-usa.com/en/express/shipping/open_account.html) which has nothing, seemingly, to do with DHL eCommerce services, unfortunately .

Finally: Googling with our inquiry delivers LINK (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/digital-partners-integrations/frequently-asked-questions.html) which delivers LINK (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/contact-us.html) which delivers LINK (https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/contact-us.html) for which-ever country you may hail from and which delivers a circus of circuituous communication possibilities and which alludes to a login, useful if you have an already established account (not yet), and no other get an account type option . . sigh . And since we have, already, communicated with DHL four times, with only one, useless re-directing, response which delivered a zero response, we now seek Your Greater Wisdom, if you do please :-}

Our web-shop Woocommerce inventory supply address is USA zip-code 49686 .

We are a New Zealand domiciled (headquartered and registered) company and supply our USA customers, and expect will be able with the DHL plugin to further supply our international customers too, all from our USA fulfilment warehouse service provider, Michigan 49686, USA .

To Be Clear: No shipping from New Zealand by DHL . All shipping, by DHL, from the USA warehouse services provider, Michigan 49686, USA .
