Migrate content for single subdomain

  • Hello,
    we have had 2 sites A and B in multisite wp. For some reason, we duplicated wp instances year ago and there are 2 multisite wp instances:

    • new for live A site (contains 1 year old content for site B)
    • old for live B site (contains current B content and one year old content for A site)

    Now we would like to merge A and B again to single instance, somehow copy content for B site from old instance to the new instance. What would be easiest way to do it? Just copy uploads from B to A and replace all wp_2_ tables in new instance?
