Media isn’t showing monthwise although uploads folder is there

So I am trying to migrate my site from shared hosting to Digital Ocean. I have installed Apache2, MySQL, Php, and WordPress. Since I am migrating my website I uploaded my wp-content folder there.
I have uploaded the SQL backup and all the post and content is there. But some media isn’t showing in posts and in the Media library either.Ideally, You can see media month wise like Feb 2020, March 2020, April 2020 and so on. But the there limited number of months are visible.
All the folder on the server are there in uploads but somehow only selected number of months are showing. What could be the issue and how can I restore my site and all the media?

It seems to be some migration issue. I will suggest to install fresh wordpress on digital ocean first and replicate the site from shared hosting using standard plugin.
